- Project Not Started: Full refund if cancelled before development work has begun.
- Service Incompletion: Partial refund if the final delivery does not meet the agreed-upon scope and the issue is not resolved within 15 business days.
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund of duplicate transactions.
- Service Cancellation by Zoomnearby Studio: Full refund if we are unable to start or complete the project.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Work has already begun (design, planning, or coding).
- Client-side delays or lack of communication.
- Project delivered as per the scope.
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, APIs, etc.).
- Promotional or subscription-based packages.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Full Name
- Payment Receipt or Razorpay Transaction ID
- Project Reference or Invoice Number
- Reason for refund request
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment or service delivery.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
- It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
